The In-Let (O.D.) measurement is a general size not a specific measurement. The Out-Let (I.D.) is an approximant measurement.

The 2 1/4" pipes (1405,1406,1407 & 1408) will only be available when we can get the 2 1/4"(od)x.035 6061 metal. Please contact us.

We have produced many types of headers for Helicopters
For now we are only showing these Helicopter headers and they are called
90' Wrap-Up headers that means the plate sits 90' to being parallel to the boom.
The tube is attached to the plate and goes out and up and forward and
then bends up and around and back to end up parallel to the boom
A style headers are for helicopters with right side exhaust and
B style headers are for helicopters with left side exhaust.
(We only list one motor here - see our aero-headers for a more 0complete list)
(match the 2 middle numbers of the stock # to match motor types)

A simple - mounting suggestion

This is a simple strap mount suggested by one of our Dealers
As you can see it is two loops made out of metal straps, with one wrapped around the pipe
and the other around one of the boom supports. With a screw in between to tighten to two loops.
This system is working quit well for us for now. But we are working on a
tripod system that connects to the frame and not to a boom support.
